My daughter showed me this farm fresh egg last night and we could not help but wonder which hen laid this egg. She thinks it was a smaller one because the smaller hens are mighty when it comes to laying over sized eggs! Guess we will never really know.
I wish we had chickens. I would love fresh eggs.

I have never seen nor eaten a fresh homegrown egg, but this one does look huge and beautiful.
