Beautiful Clematis – Wordless Wednesday

FFR Clematis June 2014

Beautiful Clematis

My photo does not do this Clematis justice but I still wanted to share it! This is a clematis at one of my paper customers. It makes me sad because when I transplanted mine last year from our townhouse to the house we are renting, it took a step backwards and is a puny little thing. :( Sniff. Sniff.

That is so pretty – what a beautiful purple color. I commiserate on the plant thing though, I have a hydrangea that was gorgeous last year when we moved into our house. What I didn’t know is that our sprinkler heads don’t reach it so I didn’t water it all last year (yikes!). We cut it back and it is growing leaves now, but I’m not sure whether it will ever bloom again.

Tammy… it should bloom again! I transplanted a Hydrangea and it took a good 2 years to fully regain strength and bloom well again!

  7. Those are beautiful! I want some for my house.
