Well, so much for spending a rainy day at home sort of relaxing. We discovered one of our freezers was either left open or the dial turned down and everything in it is mush. 🙁 Looks like today we’ll be cooking up a storm since that was our meat freezer. We might be eating like kings for a few days as well too. Our boys will like that. We are just very disappointed.

I had another post started for today, it will have to wait as I get an assembly line of cooks organized and start our cooking and baking spree….yippee!
