I don’t know how many of you have visited over the weekend since I haven’t checked my stats since last week, but when I cut and pasted a post or added a photo everything went out of whack. I had to take a break from fixing it because I was getting frustrated. Now, I just want everything back to normal.
WordPress is so touchy sometimes and this is a new theme I have never before worked with, so it is a learning curve as to what works and what doesn’t. Thanks for your patience as I work through another learning curve in the world of blogging!

I recently made a pretty frivilous purchase – at least for me. I have had my eye on and been wondering about Kikic’s Glam Bags – Luxe Reuseable Travel Bags for awhile and finally decided to splurge to see what they were like. They are an “upscale” zipper bag to carry personal products in while traveling. Definitely feminine and more attractive thant he brand name or off brand zipper bages, but very pricey. A box of 18 quart size bags retails ofr $9.95. Glam Bags are not quite as thick as the top name brand, however, nor are they thin, flimsy plastic either of the cheapest brands. So I’d probably classify it as middle of the road. They are definitely geared towards the fashion conscious female who frequently travels.
I have to admit taht I have not had the opportunity to travel with them yet or wash them extensively, but considering that they are comparable to what we usually buy to protect our clothing from spilled personal care items, I am sure that they will hold up just as well as other brands.
If Glam Bags are just the thing you have been looking for, you may purchase them at www.kikic.com

Last night I was telling my husband more of my woes with this new blog since upgrading WordPress and he had a brainwave – a novel idea really. He asked me why couldn’t I uninstall WordPress and reinstall it? Now, why didn’t I think of that? Because I didn’t that’s why. 🙂 I am grateful he said that because it worked! My glitches are gone and I don’t plan to upgrade WordPress until I have heard that they’ve worked out the techie stuff of hte new version. Live and Learn.
I have alot of work to do this weekend and hope to get a number of reviews posted in a short time, since getting this site up and running has taken me longer than I anticipated. So stay tuned those of you who have already found Faith and Family Reviews because we are ready to roll now!

I have not be able to post any reviews yet because I am having some serious technical difficulties with the newest version of WordPress (2.9.0 and 2.9.1). So while I am getting that fixed, you may read my reviews at http://faithandfamilyreviews.blogspot.com which will be our temporary home until these glitches are solved.

I have been wanting to do something different with our other business for awhile now. Faith and Family Books has become more like a personal journey blog than a business, although I have done many books reviews over there, so be sure to check it out. As I have been helping other blogs and businesses for RobnT Business Solutions I have found that I really like writing reviews. Another thing I noticed as I surfed the web is that Mom Bloggers are gaining a name for themselves an big businesses are sitting up and taking notice that moms have a huge voice in the product world. Therefore, I decided to take the leap myself to see how I can become a part of an ever-growing group of product review blogs.
