We had 15 inches the last time it snowed, finally it is mostly melted! I have never heard of a snow fort, sounds like a LOT of fun!!!

  2. Jenn says:

I can’t imagine. We get flurries and everything shuts down. LOL

  3. No snow here, so we stay inside when it get too cold. We’re wimps!

  4. Marcie W. says:

We don’t get snow, so I would love to spend a day in your town having some chilly winter fun!

  5. Donna says:

We rarely get more than an inch or two and everything does stop here when it does snow. I would like one big snow, though. As long as I didn’t have to go anywhere and the power didn’t go off.

  6. Sometimes I envy a kid’s life. Oh, the good old days of building snow forts!

  7. Liz, I know and the thing is they really have no clue how easy they’ve got it!

  8. Okay, I have never even seen a snow fort… Living in California most of my life has restricted me to only seeing shallow layers of snow when going skiing. My daughter would love playing in the snow like that though!

  9. LyndaS says:

We rarely get snow, so for us our Winter “games” are typically on the XBox. :(

  10. Mellisa says:

That’s awesome! Some of my best childhood memories were making forts in the snow.

  11. Tammy says:

Bwahaha we don’t care for winter snow. At. All. That’s why we moved from the North to Texas :)

  12. I’ve never seen snow in person before but I’d so love to one day!

  13. Shell Feis says:

I am so jealous! It doesn’t snow here &my son’s been wanting to build a snowman since Thanksgiving. I’ve never made a snow fort but it looks like so much fun!

  14. courtney says:

Oh man I LOVED making forts and igloos! I miss being a kid

  15. HilLesha says:

Looks like you received plenty of snow! :)

  16. I can’t believe so many of you live where there’s no snow!

HilLesha, we probably had a foot or so on the ground before last week’s rain. Now that it’s been freezing temps again the snow is rock hard and not very fun to play in. Their fort was demolished by the rain. :( Plus we have lots of ice!

  17. Mickey says:

That looks like so much fun! We’ve only had a sprinkle of snow so far this winter, but hope for a lot more.

  18. Kathleen says:

My boys would be so happy if they could build a snow fort, they have never even seen snow!

  19. Toni says:

Aww it looks like they are having a great time.

  20. So fun. I bet the kids really enjoy the snow. Living in South Texas, my children don’t get to experience that.
