Eating healthy is always a challenge for me.  Honestly, I love food, especially bread, pasta, and cake!  The problem, though, is that my body doesn’t always agree with what I am ingesting.  When I go out for a really nice dinner, I always overindulge, and then I always pay for it back home.  I get headaches, my stomach bloats, and I just feel uncomfortable.  The root of it all comes from the gluten in the food.  It is estimated that 70 million Americans have trouble digesting gluten.  As a result they experience many discomforts including bloating, nausea, headaches, and fatigue.  If only there were a way around this…there is!

Gluten Cutter is a solution for anyone who is trying to reduce or elimate gluten from their diets, but cannot always resist.  Gluten Cutter is a proprietary digestive supplement that uses natural enzymes along with peppermint, licorice, and ginger to help digest gluten and other wheat proteins and dairy.  The best part is that this dietary supplement is available over-the-counter without a presecription.  Gluten Cutter is formulated with GCX50, which is an advanced proprietary blend of natural enzymes and stomach-soothing ingredients that target and break down gluten.  It aids in the digestion and enables you to continue enjoying your favorite foods without that “uncomfortable” feeling.

Taking Gluten Cutter is simple.  When I know I’m going to indulge in pasta, pizza, or dessert, I simply take 1-2 capsules right before I eat.  That’s it!  Gluten Cutter does the rest.  It is absolutely amazing that I no longer get headaches or feel bloated after a heavy gluten filled meal.  It calms my stomach, so I don’t feel uncomfortable.  I keep some in my purse so that when I eat out, they are always on hand.

Gluten Cutter is available at Walgreen’s, CVS, and Wal-Mart.  It retails for $12.99 for 30 capsules.  In my opinion, this is a great price to no longer feel uncomfortable after I’ve indulged a little too much!  For more information and a money saving coupon visit their website at:

That is awesome that it is working for you and you are no longer getting headaches.

  2. I had no idea that this kind of thing was a workaround to keeping it in your diet to some extent. Very interesting!

Have you actually tried this product? Sounds like the company wrote this review.

  4. Cathy, yes our contributing writer, Kim, tried the product. What a thing to ask! Have you read any other reviews on our site?

  5. Angela says:

Interesting! I didn’t realize something like this existed. I know a couple people who don’t feel well after they eat out – I wonder if gluten is the cause…

  6. Joanne Roach says:

Celiac is something that you can never just get over. By taking this, I am assuming that you will still be destroying the Villa in your small intestine. If you just have it to take in case you eat something out that has gluten in it, and don’t want to get sick, it would be ok. But to just take it so you can eat what you want, wouldn’t be very wise.

  7. Tammy says:

I’ll have to check this out, our daughter currently takes a Digestive Aid because she tends to have abdominal pains with certain foods.

  8. Leilani says:

Interesting. I didn’t know anything like this existed.

  9. Marcie W. says:

I really try to avoid gluten since I just feel bloated, tired and sluggish after. This would be good to have on hand for those rare occasions when I have to eat something I normally wouldn’t (a dinner party, holiday event, etc).

  10. Kelly A says:

Are any of the ingredients considered not Kosher?

  11. Kelly, I’d look on their website for a list of ingredients to be sure because, personally, I am not sure.

  12. Emily Williams says:

Just I case anyone is reading this product is only suitable for mild gluten intolerances, not coeliac disease. If you have coeliacs you will still get the long term effects, just you won’t feel it immediately. You guys need to stick to your strict gluten free diet. But if gluten only makes you a bit bloated or sluggish then it’s fine…
