Garlic, Garlic, and More Garlic

Remember my garlic? Well it never got planted and some of them were starting to get soft so I got all my little people together to peel and separate them so we could freeze them. I could have dehydrated them but didn’t. We could still do that with some of them though.

So I thought with all the photos I took, they would make a Fun with Food post today. Here are pictures of my crew:

  5. We’ll just use it as we need it. Nothing special or fancy.

  6. Yeah, I was disappointed to say the least, but there’s always next year or I mean this year! :-) Yes, please do let me know how yours turns out! Still gotta dig up plants and such at the old house. Do you think spring is ok for most of what I have there? Raspberries, blueberries, garlic, herbs and some perennials.

  7. Every year I say I am going to plant garlic – haven’t done it yet. Maybe this fall….

  10. We are going to use it as we need it for garlic bread, spaghetti and pizza sauces etc.

    Spring or fall is the best time to transplant… just do not want to do it in the summer when it is too hot!

  26. I will just use it for spreads, and whatever other dishes we make. Really wish I had got it planted, but oh well, this is better than it going to waste!
